Staff at Holy Family School are happy to administer the medication on a purely voluntary basis.  Medication cannot be administered unless a form is completed and signed.

Medication must be handed to the teacher by an adult and will be kept in a locked cupboard during the school day, to be collected after school, again by an adult.  Medication cannot be kept in the fridge - if you have medication that requires this please send it in a cool bag with an ice block.
