DAY 2 OF BOOK WEEK: CLASS SWAPS! 🐻🥣🪑
On Tuesday, all of the classes were mixed into different groups with children from Reception to Year Five. In their groups, they travelled around the school and visited different teachers to explore a variety of Traditional Tales. Together, they embraced new experiences with curiosity and confidence, sharing a love of books along the way.
DAY 1 OF BOOK WEEK: ALICE IN WONDERLAND 🎩♥🐇
In their workshops today, the classes explored a chapter of Alice in Wonderland with Ollie from West End in Schools. At the end of the day, each class performed their chapter to the rest of the school, bringing the story to life through expressive movements and acting skills.
The energy in the room was incredible as the children captivated their audience with their creativity and enthusiasm. The performances were truly magical, and it was wonderful to see how engaged and respectful everyone was. The awe and applause from their peers were a testament to their hard work and storytelling talents!
