We have been learning to empathise with other people’s feelings and understand the importance of friendships and kind behaviour.

We took part in a role play activity in which Humpty Dumpty is laughed at and called names. We discussed how we could help poor Humpty and thought about the sort of behaviour that would make the King’s castle a nice place to be. We made a list of positive behaviour (eg. friendly, caring, kind, helpful, kind hands, say please, say thank you, share, smile, happy...) to use in a display, explaining that the same behaviours help make Holy Family School a happy place to be too.
